Home to some of the oldest vineyards in South America, Valle Central's desert-like climate is the home of some of the most well-balanced Merlots, with plump black fruit and smooth tannin. Blessed with little rainfall and long sunny days, Chile has a near-perfect climate for growing grapes. This red wine exhibits aromas of blackberries, plums and spices which lead into a palate of ripe black fruits, medium body and a delicate spice. A great accompaniment to roast meat or vegetables or sausage and mash.
