Vermouth's origins lie in medieval times when wine was used to preserve wild herbs. Co-op Vermouth Extra Dry is made to a jealously guarded Italian recipe and displays a cool, crisp, dry character making it an excellent apéritif. Served over ice or with tonic and a slice of lemon.
